WORK HISTORY

Planned, organized and laid out work centers and self supporting over seas deployable Detachments.  Scheduled and assigned work loads; maintained work center registers and inventory records; prepared local reports; used and supervised the use of computer hardware and software; interpreted technical publications, directives, and manuals; analyzed reports of discrepancies and malfunctions and determined corrective actions; monitored inspection procedures to ensure that technical specifications and standards of workmanship were met, prepared long and short range schedules of preventive maintenance; estimated aircraft spare parts, supplies, equipment, and manpower requirements; implemented a program for detecting, treating and prevented corrosion; have supervised shops and detachments of 30-150 persons.

Inspected aircraft for corrosion, cracks, stress, and scratches.  Have worked with Honeycomb, Fiberglass, Composites, and Metal.  While performing these repairs, I refer to the Structural Repair Manuals, Skilled in the interpretation of Maintenance Instructions on the overhaul and repair of a wide variety of Aircraft systems.  Adhere to all instructions.  Perform my duties in a timely manner and complete all applicable paperwork upon the completion of each job.  Trained lower and equal level employees on proper work ethics, methods and use of equipment and tools.
