Position Description We are seeking a Manager, Finance & Accounting Applications that will be responsible for our internal Finance & Accounting operations stakeholders & the technologies that enable their success. We are looking for a candidate who has ability to ideate and deliver as you will execute on the Digital Transformation products vision, strategy, and roadmap, with data driven decision making and a customer-oriented focus. What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst with proven experience in partnering closely with both internal business stakeholders and the IT teams that provide the technology solutions to support them 5

supply chain, master planning, manufacturing, complex billing scenarios including SAAS and Services A bachelor's degree is preferred, with relevance to this role or work experience that is commensurate to working with talented degreed business partners and IT personnel Exceptional understanding of ERP challenges including:

SOX, PCI, Audit and reporting demands Proven expertise within Microsoft Dynamics F & O / AX will be beneficial for this role and candidates that possess experience in this will be given preference as this is among the tools that they use every day Execution-focused, capable of working in both strategic and tactical environment with ability to influence and collaborate at all levels Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data and develop metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes Comfortable with advanced excel skills and other BI solutions (Power BI, SQL, SSRS, SSIS) to obtain, collate and manage information for business stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, data-driven, and entrepreneurial environment.
