In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position:
AT THE GS-12 LEVEL:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Managing and implementing a water quality program for environmental compliance; 2) Developing operating procedures to provide technical expertise regarding complex water quality, pollution control, and compliance; 3) Enforcing compliance with the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Point Source Permit; 4) Submitting technical work performed independently to internal and external parties AT THE GS-11 LEVEL:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Supporting and implementing a water quality program for environmental compliance; 2) Enforcing compliance with the Clean Water Act (CWA), Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Point Source Permit; 3) Assisting more senior engineers/scientists with work reviewed prior to release. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
