TRAINING TECHNICIAN

Applicants must have directly applicable experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly relates to the work of the position to be filled. Qualifying experience would be demonstrated by:
Using education concepts, principles, techniques, and practices in accordance with relevant policies, procedures, and directives to instruct/train, develop curricula, instructional material aids for training programs of military and civilian personnel. Assisting with the analysis and evaluation of effectiveness of training and prepare reports for senior leadership on training resources. Developing training plans, procedures, and standard operating procedures regarding both military and civilian training requirements. Utilizing training programs such as Fleet Management and Planning System (FLTMPS), Total Workforce Management System (TWMS), or similar systems to record and maintain training records for personnel to ensure accuracy. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
