OPTIMIZED PRODUCTION SYSTEM ADVISOR

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Utilizing the critical chain project management (CCPM) and drum buffer rope (DBR) methods and standards to perform Aviation Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Activities; 2) Conducting comprehensive analysis of customer demands and trade practices associated with the management of Navy systems in order to fulfill customer needs; 3) Demonstrating the ability to communicate and apply the results of business strategies to support field and emerging aviation systems knowledge to a wide range of professional, administrative and fleet operational and maintenance personnel; 4) Establishing an evaluation method to provide mitigation strategies to correct deviations effectively and use experienced judgment to solve a variety of highly complex technical problems. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
