SUPERVISORY PHYSICAL SECURITY SPECIALIST
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Develops and provides subordinates with written regulations and procedures to improve operations; 2) Plans, organizes, and/or assigns work, giving instructions as to completion requirements and priority; 3) Prepares written performance standards and performance ratings; 4) Manages, administers, and/or directs command access control systems for personnel and vehicles including badging, visitor control, etc. through the visitor control center offices; 5) Coordinates and monitors status of the physical security division plans and/or programs and maintains documentation reflecting progress in achieving goals and objectives; 6) Participate in the planning, direction, coordination, and implementation of procedure for crisis management of situations, which pose a threat to the physical security posture of the command and/or provide advice to the security officer/deputy security officer during crisis, which relate to physical security.
