Network Troubleshooting Job Summary This person will work primarily in our Jacksonville office. We desire someone who has high energy and is fearless. A multi-tasker who will be highly organized in meeting deadlines and expectations. Qualifications and Skills Demonstrated experience in the following Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service to the internal and external customers Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and printer related issues Experience replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops and laptops Experience troubleshooting basic network issues Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to work responsibly with minimal supervision Preferred Education and Experience Associate Degree is preferred 2 years hands-on IT Support experience In lieu of degree, a total number 3 ? 5 years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
