Product Manager

Robert Half Technology's client has an aggressive and growing need to add a Product Manager to their team. This resource will partner with an internal team of developers and external clients and vendors on existing software products, day to day operational changes and future products. You will help the team fulfill technical, operational, and business requirements by putting yourself in the trenches. The ideal candidate has a passion for building great products and delivering results with a high sense of urgency. This resource must be knowledgeable and experienced leading development teams but also possess a great deal of patience, persistence and critical thinking. Your Mission - Help build and execute on product initiatives, enhancements and modifications and build out new products. - Be the connection between the product stakeholders and the engineering team. - Lead the engineering team that is building the tools to handle the current, and future needs of our customers. - Implement highly scalable software solutions that delights both customers and our customer support team. - Improve performance and reduce friction in systems to reduce overall support hours and effort.Requirements - Experience with web development and scaling web applications. - Have managed and partnered with development teams. - Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle, having exposure to some combination of the following PHPWebJavascriptUIUX Database design and interactions API Integration System administration (Linux preferred), hosting providers (AWS preferred), dev-ops, deployment processes Project Management (Jira, Scrum, Deployment, etc) - Contributions to and experience integrating open source software is a plus - Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, internal support teams and customers alike - Passion for customer service and improving customer experiences. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
