Sales Steering and Support Specialist
Your tasks will include:
Presents products to reflect the width and depth of the IKEA range in order to satisfy and inspire the different home furnishing tastes of our visitors.
Provides a commercial range offer, and actively promotes the IKEA commercial priorities and volume commitments.
Ensures team knows our top selling products, 3 Aces and 1 King and that they are available and clearly communicated and displayed at all times.
Promotes alternative products when others are unavailable and across all channels.
Contributes in range management & sales steering in all areas of the store (SFM, SR, MH, SSFA).
Implements add-ons throughout entire unit and works with the ComCal and the range presentation team.
Ensures the store is meeting the IKEA concept commercially and living up to the IKEA Mandatories & Guidelines.
Achieves and exceeds goals and follows up to ensure continuous improvement (e.g. Gross Profit, Family sales, PA etc.).
Utilizes customer intelligence to improve the shopping experience.
YOUR PROFILE Your knowledge, skills and experience include:
High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent
Experience of working in a customer-oriented (service or retail) industry.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
High level of commercial sales steering experience.
