About Your Team:
An Image Quality Control Analyst overviews all images to ensure they meet the expectations of Fanatics standards. It also entails collecting and organizing all images and data needed to submit for finalization. This is a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment where communication and organization is the key to success. You will work closely with your team to maximize productivity, while maintaining a high level of quality, to create a first class experience for the fan. This position will require feedback given employees in a constructive and professional manor with rapid turnaround.
Your responsibilities include:
keeping a positive working relationship with Management, Product Stylist and Photographers, Image Retouchers, web editors and outside vendors.
expressing ideas and feedback clearly in both written and oral formats with cross-functional partners to maintain image quality.
focusing on maintaining image guidelines for consistency across a range of product photography in a high volume studio for all Fanatics branded sites.
partnering with a diverse team on workflow and file management, using internal software systems.
maintaining a digital asset file structures and organizational system.
performing assignments within the time frame given using your creativity and instincts.
matching images to data to confirm correctness.
managing over 200 products per day.

an advanced degree or related experience in Merchandising, Design, Photography or a related field (BFA preferred)
a strong visual merchandising skills that show creativity, fashion consciousness and commerciality
exceptional organization and time management skills
experience with catalog imagery
experience in Retail Merchandising
exceptional administrative skills with a strong understanding of software such as Outlook, Word and Excel
extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop CC
creative technical problem solving abilities
superb oral and written communication skills
the ability to sit for 8-10 hours at a computer performing repetitive finger, hand and wrist motions
the ability to move around z-racks and lift totes of product weighing 25
lbs.
the competency to follow all visual directions through photographs/company image standards documents in a Fanatics brand appropriate manner
a working understanding of workflows and image file delivery processes
