The Human Resources Generalist will provide general support to one or more T-Rex programs. The Human Resources Generalist will handle employee relation issues, recruit and source talent, facilitate training programs, manage local workers compensation issues and will collaborate with HR leadership to implement policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous HR experience
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Ability to multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Computer, word processing and internet skills (MS Office suite preferred)
