Your career as a debt analyst will be fast-paced and fulfilling. You will be a first point of contact for our inbound potential clients (no cold-calling). As a Debt Analyst, you will help qualify your contacts to determine if Tax Defense Network can assist with their IRS and state tax issues. You will become familiar with the inner-workings of the tax industry. No previous experience required; we provide training and continued career coaching.
Our clients are typically calling with a high level of stress, so you will be required to exercise patience and empathy while addressing each concern with an advanced level of urgency. You will need to quickly assess the potential clients tax issue, which may include IRS and state actions such as notices of debt or audit, wage or bank levies and seizure of property and assets. Your team will include seasoned, licensed professionals who understand the value of exceptional service. Each day our employees feel good knowing they helped our clients overcome a life changing obstacle.
Requirements:
Schedule flexibility required, including schedule rotation
Applicants seeking overtime desired
Excellent conversation skills required
Should be able to thrive in a high-energy, positive environment

Expected to multi-task and quickly learn new products and services
Excellent documentation skills required
Ability to quickly assess client issues is essential
Qualified applicants will be able to type at least 40 words per minute
