The Healthcare Informatics Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment of qualified healthcare candidates for specific needs and projects we deploy at client sites across the country.
(LOCAL CONTRACT) Healthcare Informatics Recruiter
Responsibilities Include:
o Sourcing, screening, and presenting talent to our Account Executives
o Develop strong relationships with people over the phone, on social media and through email
o Effective at persuading and influencing senior level candidates
o Ability to build an expansive social network and is highly capable working across various social media platforms
o Strong personal organizational skills with a commitment to follow up consistently with candidates in a timely manner
o Responsible for processing a high volume of calls to and from candidates on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
o Maintains continual tracking of candidates through the companies ATS to ensure the individual, team and company placement goals are met
o Extend offers/agreements verbally and follow up on all paperwork including offer letter, background checks, and start dates
o Follows internal process and documentation requirement with precision.
o Prepare written summaries of candidate's strengths and prepares template resume for presentation to Account Executives
o Build meaningful relationships with candidates to ensure their future participation with the company as a candidate, referral resource, and/or client
o Disqualify unqualified candidates in a professional manner
o Collaborating with team members to develop an effective search strategy
o Identify qualified leads through discussions with candidate pipeline/network
o Maintain the highest level of ethical standards
o Team members should invest in their own personal development to stay abreast of new, innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices that support the effectiveness of the department
Minimum Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution.
o The HCI Group will verify accreditation and completion of degree upon hire.
o One year experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or employment function
o Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
o Exceptional computer skills
o MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint - e.g. Social Media Platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and FaceBook
o Demonstrated knowledge of compensation systems and guidelines used to develop competitive offers.
o Attention and focus on details
o Must be willing to work 5 days a week, Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends
o Occasional travel might be required
o Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year Hospital or Healthcare recruiter experience highly preferred
o Prior experience with applicant tracking software applications
o Previous experience conducting interviews, both in person and by phone
o Demonstrated ability to develop and use creative sourcing strategies
o Previous experience actively sourcing, screening, and presenting talent
o Previous experience seeking passive talent
o Previous experience presenting and educating others
o A basic understanding of employment law practices and procedures

o Hearing & Listening & Speaking: Ability to receive and deliver verbal communication and understand the information that is being presented. Includes answering telephones, corresponding with customers, conducting interviews and attending career events
o Manual Dexterity: Ability to move hands and fingers easily and skillfully to perform tasks which include reaching, grasping, and typing
o Sitting for extended periods of time throughout the day

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
