Assist the Vendor Management Supervisor in the areas of overseeing and managing vendors that are responsible for outsourced activities related to managing real estate owned (REO). The primary function of this position is to manage vendors engaged in property preservation, repair and maintenance activities and assign accountability (score cards) for performance.
o Managing strategic vendor relationships within the Asset Management system
o Monitoring service levels and managing delivery timelines and budget controls
o Ensuring compliance with Company's quality standards and pricing controls
o Driving vendor innovation and continuing to analyze methods of cutting costs without impacting performance
o Conducting regular vendor assessments, providing feedback and corrective action to ensure value is being delivered by the vendor
Requirements
o At least 1 year of relevant work experience
o Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and partners via email, phone, and in person
o Knowledge of vendor management process and timelines associated with job completion
o Ability to provide constructive direction to vendors to solve problems as they arise
o Ability to handle multiple priorities and motivate vendors to deliver on time and below budget
o Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills required
o Ability, availability, and willingness to work flexible hours as required
o Bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable
o Other duties as assignedEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
