Transaction Coordinator


The Transaction Manager is responsible for reviewing asset purchase opportunities for the company. The TM will work with the Portfolio Management Group to determine which assets require additional due diligence for potential purchase.
o Communicate with sellers or brokers to obtain data required to process acquisition opportunities
o Work with Valuation Specialists to determine property valuations
o Assess and note property condition for adverse selection
o Conduct online due diligence to provide property characteristics and pricing metrics
o Gather and evaluate economic, demographic and specific market data for input into deliverables
o Prepare and present final data to Portfolio Management Group for bidding
o Monitor and report, as required, on incoming bid opportunities and status of due diligence
o Maintain bid activity calendar to ensure timely completion of required activities
o Meet or exceed productivity and efficiency goals
o Other duties as assigned
Requirements
o Possess highly developed interaction skills necessary to establish and maintain positive relationship with sellers
o Proactively communicate with vendor management for due diligence results
o Advanced understanding of residential real estate characteristics
o Self motivated and team player - ability to work well with other groups
o Strives to achieve and exceed productivity expectations and standards
o Ability to work effectively and efficiently with automated systemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
