Appraiser
The Valuation Specialist is responsible for determining property valuations in compliance with established valuation procedures. This position is responsible for providing valuation data to the Transaction Managers and Asset Acquisitions Group.
o Coordinates with Transaction Manager to ensure property valuations adhere to established valuation standards
o Manages large volume of valuation requests simultaneously
o Provides accurate reporting of valuation data
o Using established procedures, stores and archives property valuations
o Uses multiple software applications for valuations, including LandVision, ClearProp, Internet, and Excel
o Conduct online due diligence to provide property characteristics
o Meet or exceed productivity and efficiency goals
o Other duties as assigned
Requirements
o Possess highly developed interaction skills necessary to establish and maintain positive relationship with Transaction Managers
o Advanced understanding of residential real estate characteristics
o Prior real estate sales, mortgage underwriting, processing or appraisal experience preferred
o Self-motivated and team player - ability to work well within a group
o Strives to achieve and exceed productivity expectations and standards
o Ability to work effectively and efficiently with automated systemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
