Event Managment Coordinator
A highly energetic person that can make connections with decision makers that can schedule events and align project coordination for The Auctioneer that does fundraising events in addition to other Auction Marketing Projects, Online Only Auctions and Live Auction Events. You must be able arrange the booking of these events and schedule the events in connection with my other obligations. You must have a outgoing personality, you must be able to multitask on event projects, you must be willing to travel if necessary, Must have a professional attitude, professional dress and the ability to travel in state and out of state with short notice.
Proficient in technical applications with data input, calendars, and coordination with other events, travel and timing. Social Media and Marketing Skills will be a plus combined with the other parts of the job description. Auctioneers website is www.MyersJackson.com
Key achievement requirements:
Conducted research to identify new opportunities for bringing about innovation in events.
Discuss, promote and plan specific requirements and expectations concerning the event with clients, attendees and prospects.
Manage and developed a strategic plan of action to ensure that the cost of the event remains under the pre-determined budget, other budget monotoring.
Search and negotiated suitable venues or locations as per the requirement and budgetary constraints of client.
