We have a fantastic opportunity for a Leasing Specialist at our properties in Jacksonville, FL.The Leasing Specialist is responsible for maximizing occupancy goals for the community through leasing units, renewals, resident retention, customer service and marketing out reach. This position reports into the Property Manager and/or the Leasing Manager.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:o Performs leasing duties such as showing prospective residents apartments and explaining occupancy terms.o Monitors, coordinates and performs resident renewal programs.o Performs required follow up of prospective residents and documents activity.o Prepares all paperwork as it relates to leasing packets and renewals.o Conducts market surveys as directed by Property Manager.o Develops and implements strategic marketing programs to ensure maximum occupancy.o Completes Social Marketing advertisements as assigned by Property Manager i.e. Craigslist.o Reviews and monitors all marketing ads (print and internet) to ensure accurate content and provide recommendations for changeso Completes daily open for business checklisto Walks leasing path daily along with show units to ensure they are market ready.o Coordinates and participates in resident activitieso Answers all incoming calls in a professional and courteous mannero Interacts and maintains a positive relationship with all clients.o Ensure all maintenance request are documented to maintenance team.o Performs any additional duties or task assigned.
Education and
Experience:o 1-3 years experience customer service or a related fieldo College degree preferredCertificates, Licenses, Registrations: o Valid drivers license and insurance are required with reliable transportation required to operate a licensed motor vehicle in order to perform the job duties.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
