FHA/VA Mortgage Underwriter
POSITION Overview:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to :
Complete a minimum of 8 FHA or 6 VA reviews daily.
Follow CMG Audit Checklist along with standard review procedures to facilitate a sound decision.
Excellent communication skills- utilize Data Trac.
Utilize sound judgment to independently make decisions.
Passion for the industry and a dedication to protect the financial interests of CMG Financial.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND
Experience:
Demonstrate satisfactory knowledge of Scorecard and LP.
Proven leadership abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft suite of product; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
