ALEKO is looking for a full-time Customer Service Tech Support to join our team.
The CSR is responsible to provide first-tier support for customer inquiries, primarily via phone and e-mail.
The ideal candidate will troubleshoot customer's issues and answer product questions and help determine root cause of the problem.
Responsibilities:
Respond to initial customer inquiries concerning orders, sales, etc.
Handle incoming calls, incoming emails and incoming chats Perform research as necessary; aim to resolve them successfully Meet or exceed customer approval rating targets and other KPIs Review individual KPIs weekly with the lead Understand ALEKO's products to attain a basic level of knowledge, especially for products in highest demand Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service preferred Experience in a call center setting Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent follow-through on customer service issues Bilingual is plus but not a requirement Ability to multitask A positive, can-do attitude, enthusiastic, and excellent interpersonal skills Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and look at computer monitors Occasional lifting of up to twenty-five pounds may be required Schedule Availability Monday- Friday Job duties listed are not intended to encompass full scope of position.
The employee will be expected to perform other job-related duties as required.
