The Role:
Guest Services Manager - We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Guest Services Manager to lead our guest services team and enhance the overall guest experience.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills, a strong leadership ability, and a passion for hospitality.
Key responsibilities include and not limited to:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the guest services department, ensuring an exceptional high level of service is maintained.
Manage and train front desk staff, concierge, and other guest service policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction and Brand Standards Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest experiences.
Monitor and analyze guest feedback and service metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of hotel management or guest service manager Proven leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
