Skills Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles, preferably within a call center environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
Proficient in office software applications and comfortable using various communication tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
A strong sense of empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer concerns.
