Summary:
Our client is in search of a proficient Techno-Functional Business Analyst to lead and support the implementation of the AutoStore system, with potential integrations with Manhattan or Blue Yonder Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role demands a blend of technical acumen and functional expertise in warehouse management, aimed at enhancing operational efficiencies and achieving business objectives.Key
Responsibilities:
- Engage with warehouse management stakeholders to gather and define system requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Develop and maintain detailed user stories and functional requirements in a clear and concise manner, suitable for both Agile and Waterfall project environments.- Lead the configuration, customization, and optimization of WMS, particularly AutoStore, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder, to meet business needs.- Design, develop, and execute test cases to ensure the functionality and performance of the warehouse management systems.- Facilitate the transition from old systems to new installations, including data migration, user training, and system testing.- Document all phases of the project from requirement gathering to analysis and final deployment.- Act as a liaison between the technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective management of expectations.- Continuously assess business processes and system performance to recommend improvements and enhancements.Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Business Analyst role with a focus on warehouse management systems.- Demonstrated experience with WMS implementations, especially AutoStore, Manhattan, or Blue Yonder.- Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, creating user stories, and executing test cases.- Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies and the ability to adapt to shifting project requirements.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Recommended Skills Adaptability Agile Methodology Analytical Business Administration Business Planning Business Processes Apply to this job.
