Job Description:
Assist customers and service personnel as needed.
Communicate with guest and confirm appointments Prepare the appointment packets Call appointments that did not show and re-schedule them Cashier duties, when needed Supervise loaner fleet and make loaner contracts as needed Assist service manager and advisors with various tasks Train with service advisors to develop the skills needed to take care of guests Call extended warranties and make claims
