RESPONSIBILITIES Assist Engineering Division Managers in developing project plans Allocate available resources to projects based on resource skills Coordinate meetings for key project personnel Maintain visibility of project schedules and other key deadlines that are essential to keep projects on track Provide follow-ups on projects and ensure on-time project execution Continuously maintain a focus on development and make recommendations on ways to work more effectively as a team Give presentations and other updates to leadership personnel Assist in resolution of project roadblocks EXPERIENCE REQUIRED High school diploma with 5 years of project coordination experience or Associate's degree with 3 years of project coordination experience (manufacturing company) 3
years of experience with project resource allocation 3
years of proficient use of project management/coordination software (e.

Wrike) Prior experience with technical applications of software Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications Ability to help coordinate multiple schedules within and outside the division Logical problem solver and strategic thinker who can operate effectively under pressure Robust organizational and time management skills Comfortable learning and leveraging project and task management/collaboration tools Job Type:
