Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification.
The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.
Enterprise Excellence offers frameworks, data insight, and efficiency-enabling products that are available to deploy across the enterprise.
The Engagement team within EE is a conduit between the internal user/Ops and Function Managers, and the EE Product Owners and Execution Team.
The Engagement team will develop new relationships and partnerships, as well as maintain existing ones, with a clear goal of identifying and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to address process reengineering needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead discovery sessions with internal clients to understand and document their detailed needsDevelop requirements / user stories to identify fit-for-purpose solutionsApply process modelling standards to map current and future state process flows (when applicable)Support data analysis with client to ensure full utilization of solutions and troubleshoot production issuesManage work intake requests on behalf of clientsDraft test cases in-line with requirements and user stories, and agree with user-baseCollaborate with users while in production and ensure all defects are addressed with appropriate retestingCapture metric improvement and benefit realizationSchedule regular engagement with user base and partner closely with Product Owners to improve products based off user feedback and experienceEnsure deployed products are being fully utilized by user-base to maximize valueEstablish and continue to mature a benefit tracking and realization mechanismClearly present and showcase analysis, proposals, and/or completed work by the team
Qualifications:

years of experience, preferably in Corporate and Investment products and processesFinance experience is a plusExcellent management of global teams driving process standardization, including end-to-end process documentation, governance and insightsDemonstrate a commitment to quality and strict attention to detailCollaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective deliveryQuick learner with an analytical and flexible thinking styleExcellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teamsStrong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requestsExcellent MS PowerPoint / presentation creation skillsEducation:
