As a Social Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in working with ministry and marketing teams on various tasks related to content creation, community engagement, and digital marketing efforts for our TTF Shine On Ministry.
This position offers a hands-on experience in social media management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What is Shine On:
Shine On is a ministry of TTF under the Special Needs ministry umbrella.
Shine On was founded in 2018 after the success and growth of Night to Shine -- an unforgettable prom night experience centered on God's love, for people with special needs.
Our founding purpose was to equip local churches to offer belonging to families living with disability year-round and provide a loving community of purpose and fulfillment both in church and in life.
Shine On is a digital platform hosting hundreds of disability resources for training, education, and inspiration.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Collaborate on creating engaging content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest.
Generate ideas for posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to increase audience engagement.
Collaborate with the team to develop content calendars and schedules.
Community Engagement:
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Foster positive interactions with followers and customers to build and maintain a strong online community.
Participate in online conversations, discussions, and trends relevant to our brand and industry.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and strategies.
Use insights from analytics to optimize content and improve overall social media presence.
Research and Trends:
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Provide recommendations based on insights gathered to enhance our social media strategy.
Administrative Support:
Provide support with administrative tasks such as scheduling posts, organizing content files, and managing social media accounts.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.
