We are a locally owned and operated full-service Classic and Muscle Car shop specializing in the repair, restoration and modernization of American muscle cars seeking an office helper to add to our team.
The office helper works directly with the Shop Owner and Office Manager to create an exceptional experience for our customers engaged in the classic car hobby.
This role is responsible for helping the Shop Owner and Office Manager with the day-to-day operations of the front office.
This would include answering the phones, taking detailed information from potential customers, replying to emails, scheduling, and assisting with parts and merchandise sales.
We are a very well-equipped updated shop with very loyal customers, 2 downdraft baking paint booths, 8 bays, tire and wheel machines, an alignment machine as well as multiple high end fabrication machines.
This is a full-time position, daytime Monday - Friday from 9:
00 am-4:
00 pm, which means no weekends! We use high quality materials and pride ourselves in doing work the right way.
Customers and employees are treated with the highest level of respect.
Our goal is personal care for customers and their classic cars.

Essential Functions Manage yourself and work area in a way that supports the Shop Vision and Mission Manage customer pick up and drop offs.
Manage schedule for incoming and outgoing vehicles.
Call customers for follow ups from voicemails and internet requests.
Handle accounts payable and receivable as needed.
Complete day to day tasks as given by office manager Answer incoming phone calls, take and deliver messages as needed.
