This role requires a combination of data entry skills and exceptional customer service abilities to support our clients and internal teams effectively.
Responsibilities Accurately enter customer information, orders, and transactions into the company database.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
Provide product and service information to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
