Candidates will need to be located in Jacksonville or North East Florida.
JOB ESSENTIALS The job is a blend of email communication, daily phone calls with clients and vendors, and Excel/data work.
This job would suit someone with a high level of basic Excel experience as the work requires daily/weekly use of Pivot Tables, VLookup, grids, filters, and formulas.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and maintain relationships with clients.
Manage and process client tickets within our tracking system.
Organize, coordinate, and create reporting for both internal /external clients.
Work with other departments to ensure the success and well-being of clients.
Open, manage, and resolve vendor disputes (Late Payment Charges, Past Due/Credit Balance) in our ticketing system.
Updating and maintaining the client's financial data (PO's, Cost Center, GL, Project Number, Billing details, Bill types, User info, Etc.
).
Develop a complete understanding of the client services and financial coding structure.
Create and maintain process documentation for all clients.
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE Strong Excel and reporting skills.
We're putting Excel at the top as we really prefer that you know Pivot tables, VLookups and so on.
Most of these can be easily taught on the job, but we would prefer you to join us already knowing the Excel essentials.
Excellent client and customer service skills.
Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on client issues.
Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Able to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures and grasp technical concepts related to telecommunication and IT Impeccable relationship skills with the ability to communicate effectively EXPERIENCE/SKILLS DESIRED Did we mention the need to know high level Excel basics!?! Ideally you will have had at least 2-3 year experience in a client service role Prior experience troubleshooting client issues and vendor disputes is preferred Fast typing speed Strong communication skills Attention to detail / Accuracy WORKING CONDITIONS Position requires almost exclusive work using a telephone and computer.
Acceptable eyesight (with or without correction).
Acceptable hearing (with or without correction).
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS This position interfaces daily with sensitive client data.
Drug screening and background checks required for all candidates.
