This is a full-time position working a Monday - Friday 8:
00am-5:
00pm schedule at Baptist Neptune Beach.
Baptist Behavioral Health has 22 medical offices and over 90 healthcare providers located throughout Northeast Florida.
As an Office Specialist, you will support the Behavioral Health Department to accurately register all patients and update demographic and insurance information for maintenance of accurate information.
This position requires an individual who can multitask and obtains excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills and a previous experience in clerical work.

Providing business services for patients and the healthcare system.
Ensuring accurate patient registration.
Posting patient charges and payments.
Operating a multi-line phone system while maintaining telephone protocols.
Assisting patients as needed.
