Call Center Customer Service Representative for a growing (about 100 employees) E-Commerce company on the south side of Jacksonville near Town Center.
We've been in business for over 20 years selling safety supplies and work apparel such as safety vests and hard hats.
You must enjoy talking to people, be a multi-tasker, be very familiar and comfortable with computers and type a minimum of 30 WPM.
You must also have a high school degree and reliable transportation.
On a typical day you will be sitting at a desk taking orders and customer inquiries over the phone and corresponding via email with customers and suppliers.
This is a full time position, week days 9:
00am - 6:
00pm, with an hour break for lunch.
