Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Manage and maintain patient accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to patients -Must have the ability to multi-task and take initiative
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the behavioral health or medical fields - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and internal teams If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing exceptional client service, we would love to hear from you.
