As a customer service representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional assistance and support.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring high customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with our clientele.
Location:
Jacksonville, FL Responsibilities Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
Assisting customers in navigating our website and providing product recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.
Resolving payment issues and processing refunds or exchanges when necessary.
Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
Proficient in using customer service software and databases.
A passion for music and a good understanding of the music industry.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your fee
