Alarm Technician:
Responsibilities Exhibits appearance and conduct in accordance with established company standards to present a professional image to the customer and the general public.
Maintains the highest standards of decency, honesty, and integrity.
Install home security, alarm, and automation systems and educate customers in various system operations.
Run low voltage wiring to add or repair equipment as needed.
Provide an excellent customer service experience.
Ability to manage multiple appointments daily schedule.
Accurately complete SafeTouch work orders and paperwork.
