As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our visitors.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor - Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual - Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar - Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records - Providing general administrative support such as filing, photocopying, and faxing - Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-presented Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in an office or front desk setting is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with a professional and courteous attitude - Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple phone lines - Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Fast and accurate typing skills for data entry tasks - Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively If you are a motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
