This position is remote but will require some in-person training and meetings.
As our customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for military service members during their international moves.
You will keep customers updated on the status of their moves via email and/or phone communications.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
securing documentation required for shipping, providing timely updates pertaining to the transit status of their items, addressing questions and/or concerns with customers and agencies, etc.
You will interface with our move management systems to ensure that customer information is accurately maintained and updated.
You will work closely with the Operations team to ensure the move information is exchanged timely and accurately.
Our main priority is excellent customer service and to obtain feedback reflecting so.
You will also be responsible for obtaining final feedback scores of the moves.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and
Experience:
Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
Logistics customer service experience (highly preferred) Customer Service experience required Professional Communication Skills via phone and email.
Professional, Honest, Hard-Working, Outgoing, and Personable.
Ability to multitask and flexibility with tasks at hand.
College degree preferred; High School diploma required.
