Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Build rapport with customers and establish a positive and friendly relationship.
Order Processing:
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
Track and manage order status, providing updates to customers as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Issue Resolution:
Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, working with cross-functional teams as necessary.
Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Customer Feedback:
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
Proficient in using customer service software, CRM, and other relevant tools.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
