Associates Degree or above in Nursing (ASN) or Practical Nursing Diploma required.
Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN Licensure in the state of practice required.
One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
