Responsibilities:
Process mail shipping label and packages (will train) Process/Sorting incoming mails to all physical & virtual mail boxes (will train) Process passport photo & finger printing scan ( will train) Process copy/fax/scan per customer request Perform other duties as assigned Deliver outstanding customer service to walk in customers and telephone inquiries Practice good listening skills with customers and team members Take initiative to learn all products and services, alternative solutions, and industry trends Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or above Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and internet Outstanding phone & customer service skills Prompt, reliable, responsible, and drug free Previous postal work experience is preferred Job Type:
