As a team member, your responsibilities will include:
Educating potential customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club and effectively selling memberships.
Maintaining our first-class brand standards and continuously seeking ways to improve the quality and cleanliness of our wash and grounds.
Bringing a positive and enthusiastic energy to every guest visiting our business, ensuring a friendly greeting, smile, and fond farewell.
Understanding the complete list of benefits offered by our Unlimited Wash Club and accurately explaining them to customers.
Exceeding guest expectations by pre-cleaning vehicles and preparing them for the wash, addressing concerns professionally and diplomatically.
Assisting team members and guests as needed, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a 95% efficiency rating while loading guest vehicles safely into the car wash.
Prioritizing safety by completing assigned personal training guides within specified time frames, guiding guests into the car wash tunnel safely, and monitoring their wash experience.
Taking responsibility for cleaning equipment, grounds, and the facility to our high standards during every shift, reflecting the pride we have in our work.
Johnny Clean - Supervisor Responsibilities As a Supervisor at Johnny Clean Car Wash, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and leading our brand standards of Safety, Hospitality, Quality, and Speed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and leading a team of 14-25 Team Members, ensuring consistent adherence to Johnny Clean standards.
Training, developing, and leading team members to enhance their skills and abilities.
Explaining Unlimited Wash Club plans to members, promoting their benefits effectively.
Maintaining a safe working environment and promoting a culture of safety among team members.
Providing clear communication to staff regarding daily responsibilities and expectations.
Proactively ensuring that all processes run smoothly, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Familiarizing yourself with the position playbook and holding others accountable to maintain consistency.
Ensuring a safe and fast experience for every guest by efficiently moving cars to the gates and processing orders with a smile and thumbs up.
Upholding Johnny Clean's cleanliness standards for the brand, building, and property.
Acting as the Manager on Duty, closing operations at night, and overseeing timely cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Maintaining a student mentality and actively seeking growth opportunities within the company.
