The Opportunity Description We're looking for a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, working in Insurance industry in Jacksonville, Florida, United States.
Our client is seeking licensed Health Insurance Agents to assist Medicare recipients with enrolling in health plans during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
As a licensed agent, you will play a crucial role in helping Medicare-eligible individuals make informed decisions about their healthcare coverage options.
We are offering competitive pay, incentives, comprehensive health and 401k benefits, and on-site equipment for pick-up within a 90-mile radius of our partner sites.
Responsibilities:
Educate and inform Medicare recipients about various healthcare plans and options available during the AEP.
Assist beneficiaries in understanding plan benefits, coverage, and costs to help them make well-informed choices.
Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with Medicare recipients to discuss their healthcare needs and recommend suitable plans.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns beneficiaries may have.
Process enrollments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Stay up-to-date with changes in Medicare policies and regulations to provide accurate information to clients.
Meet or exceed enrollment targets and performance metrics to qualify for incentives.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and a positive work environment.

Experience working in health insurance sales or enrollment, with a focus on Medicare plans (preferred) Active state-issued health insurance license.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with Medicare recipients.
Strong knowledge of Medicare plans, policies, and enrollment guidelines.
Ability to work independently and meet enrollment targets.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in using virtual communication tools and software.
Must reside within 90 miles of one of our partner sites for on-site equipment pickup and occasional in-person assistance.
