What You'll Do:
oConduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
oDeliver evidence-based therapy services through secure virtual platforms, catering to the unique needs of each client.
oCollaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the treatment process.
oUtilize a range of therapeutic approaches tailored to clients' preferences and treatment goals.
oMaintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and client progress.
RequirementsHow to Qualify:
oCurrent and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
oMaster's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
oDemonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport and establishing a therapeutic connection with clients remotely.
oShow empathy, compassion, and understanding towards clients' experiences and challenges.
oExhibit strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage therapy sessions and documentation remotely.
