Responsibilities:
oPerform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
oDeliver evidence-based therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, employing a range of therapeutic approaches to address diverse mental health concerns.
oCollaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic care for our clients.
oProvide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute distress or emergency situations, utilizing your expertise and compassion.
oEngage in community outreach and educational initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma.
Requirements
Qualifications:
oIndependent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
oCompleted a master's degree or a doctor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
oDemonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport and building therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
oExhibit cultural competence and sensitivity to effectively work with individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic groups.
oDisplay strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
