This Team Member will support the Provider Operations Team and be responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of the Network of Providers.
They will drive Team goals by placing emphasis on the delivery, success, and execution of Votion Programs.
Responsibilities & ExperienceThe Provider Performance Manager will directly support the Provider Operations Team.
They will be expected to perform within the following scope, as well as other assigned duties and activities that aid and leverage our Team function.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Manage a market of affiliate providers in partnership with the Senior Manager of Provider Operations Maintain relationships with the designated market medical office teams Working collaboratively with the medical office team and Votion Teams to support the success of Votion programs and goals 85% of affiliates performing at cohort target 75% of providers in surplus 75% exclusivity of available health plans in applicable markets 80 provider satisfaction score (NPS) 75% of new patients seen within 90 days 95% affiliate engagement within 60 days of program launch (60 PM, 30 PE) Improve Comprehensive Review Program and Tracking Strengthen relationships with key accounts through quarterly in-person visits with Provider Operations market leadership.
90% overall response rate for the NPS survey Team Support Engaged in team building within their market Participate in interviews regarding new hires Foster positive relationships within all Votion departments Liaison with the health plan partners and vendors in their respective market Attend weekly 1:
1 with the Senior Manager and proactively discuss the market performance as well as personal and professional goals Responsibility for the delivery and presentation of monthly Provider Packets including notices and updates, financial information, scorecards, and all in-office program documents Key Accounts to be visited in person monthly Other provider accounts will alternate between in-person visits and virtual meetings monthly Required monthly facilitation of Provider Packet Role Practice meeting via video conference Expected travel to Tampa for team meetings as applicable Expected travel, participation, and planning of Team All Hands meeting in Tampa HQ Expected attendance and active participation twice annually, to attend the Bootcamp training forum (anticipated weeknight or weekend) Responsible for overseeing and tracking the progress of the following programs (Regional Managers may also be responsible for the actual delivery, presentation, and scheduled embedded support of these programs as applicable per region):
In-office support to include but not limited to supporting the following programs Membership Roster; assisting medical office in appointment making for current or new members and identifying obstacles to care Access and help the office establish access to Health Plans Portals Quality Program:
Accessing various office EMRs to review upcoming schedule Accessing proprietary portal to download and print forms for the clinic to distribute to members upon visitEnsuring the accuracy of form information HEDIS Part C Reviewing gap reports with office team members Assist with closing identified HEDIS gaps and achieving specified Star measures (ie.
scheduling patients for appointments, etc.
) Work with the medical office to assist with scheduling of care gap vendor events (i.
e.
EyePODS and managing phone calls through IVR system) Perform Camera Rental Events for Retinal Eye Exams as applicable HEDIS Part DMedication adherence Reviewing gap reports with office team members Assist in special projects as requested by the Quality Team CV PODS (as applicable) Assist in scheduling members for preventative diagnostic screening in accordance with program guidelines Managing phone calls through the IVR system BenefitPODS (as applicable)Assist in scheduling members as requested by the office in accordance with program guidelines Complex PatientsAssist medical offices with admission management, utilization management, and preventative care outreach to members in accordance with Health Services programs Facilitate video conferences between medical offices and applicable department Team Members Responsible for reviewing the recap reports from the designated market Team for tracking support provided to the medical offices and identifying follow-up items for the medical office team to carry out during non-coverage days Readily available to support the Team and assigned offices via phone, email, etc.
on days not reporting to those offices Available on weeknights and weekends during peak seasons to provide support or attend events as the need arises Market Development Create growth opportunities by soliciting leads from existing relationships and potential affiliate Providers for Votion within their respective market Collaborate with Business Development Team and complete site visits on potential affiliate providers Collaborate with Marketing Team to create events and new patient opportunities for the affiliate offices Team Operations Prepare agendas and facilitate interdepartmental weekly meetings for the Provider Operations Team including, but not limited to, Affiliate Growth Huddle Better Health Academy Marketing HuddleIncluding collaboration with assigned Brand Ambassadors and any aligning huddles Operations Leadership Huddle Prepare agendas and facilitate assigned Provider Operations Team Huddles and Activities Utilizing a task management system (ie.
Affiliate Task Tracker) Completing tasks assigned to assigned offices Submitting applicable requests and forms in a timely manner, with limited follow-up Possessing the written communication skills to provide the status of assignments or completion of the task Directly utilizing and assisting the office to use internal proprietary software (ie.
Sxope) to complete programs, outreach activities, and research patient information Other designated management, training, administrative, clerical, or operational tasks as assigned to leverage Team and program goals Key Attributes:

Demonstrated ability to handle data with confidentiality Additional EDUCATION & SKILLS Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration or related field preferred; or a combination of education and technical experience in related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a management position within healthcare; Provider Relations or Business Development Proven ability to work with Google Suite software or equivalent (MS Excel and MS Powerpoint) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, and justifying Proven leadership and organizational skills along with the ability to remain a team player Excellent organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated resourcefulness, initiative, and results-oriented capabilities Ability to work in a shifting and fast-paced environment Must be able to work professionally with confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams Ability to shift focus, multi-task, and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
