Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites.
With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing.
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken New Business Development Representative to join our inside sales team.
The New Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying new leads, communicating with prospective hospital partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth handoff process to our outside sales team.
The NBDR will generate interest in Healogics services, secure meetings and meet internal sales targets.

Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Perform market analysis for prospective hospital targeting, qualifying, and prioritizing.
Regularly collaborate with Client Solutions outside sales counterparts on territory strategy and management, ensuring their pipeline of qualified leads remains full.
Leverage marketing tools and technology as well as traditional call/email campaigns to nurture leads and educate hospital executives of the importance of outpatient wound care services in their communities.
Ultimately build substantial rapport and interest to generate introductory meetings with hospital executives for Healogics Client Solutions partners Support Client Solutions team with consistent market intelligence to communicate value and insight to prospective hospital partners.
Leverage Salesforce CRM and other tools consistently to track activity, share relevant content and keep track of lead progression.
Constantly review content, processes, and activities to improve and define best practices.
Actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on interactions with prospects.
Performs other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from four-year college or university Minimum of one-year related experience with inside or phone sales 3
years professional experience preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Strong communicator with ability to capture attention in verbal and written formats.
Ability to develop a strong rapport quickly and feel comfortable selling over the phone.
Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers.
Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits.
Passion for sales, marketing and working in a team environment a must.
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software a plus Recommended Skills Active Listening Business Development Communication Content Management Curiosity Customer Relationship Management Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
