Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites.
With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing.
As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.
The Talent Acquisition Director with Healogics will grow and impact the company's larger Talent Acquisition strategy and footprint.
This team member will collaborate with hiring managers across all disciplines and work closely to educate and assess their talent needs.
Reporting to the Chief People & Brand Officer, the successful candidate will have a passion and talent for pairing high performers with the right company; be innovative and independent, have broad expertise in talent acquisition strategies and be highly energized and motivated to work in a thriving, growing company.

Essential Functions/
Responsibilities:
Establishes a talent acquisition team and benchmarks based on company objectives and holds internal and external partners accountable to these metrics; Conducts themselves with the highest degree of integrity; maintaining confidentiality and protecting sensitive and/or proprietary information; Proven success as a skilled leader with experience overseeing talent acquisition specialists, due diligence, and others to ensure achievement of overall goals and strong leader and candidate satisfaction; Partners strategically to advise on workforce planning and position control; Has a well-rounded knowledge of Talent Acquisition metrics and can use the data to drive improvements to time to fill, candidate experience, and retention; Commands a full grasp of the company, our mission, and our talent acquisition approach; Maintains strong, collaborative relationships with hiring managers and hospital partners and is a trusted resource for recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and hiring; Finds innovative ways to source and attract top-tier talent; Works closely with our Brand & Engagement partners to craft a vibrant, consistent, and forward-thinking employer brand; Oversees applicant flow from internal and external postings within our applicant tracking platform and ensures efficient candidate movement; Continuously identifying ways to improve the candidate experience to ensure Healogics' consistent accessibility to top candidates; Willing to learn company's business metrics and goals, to better identify the right candidates; Develop new, and/or enhance current job descriptions; Act as a subject matter expert with regard to Labor, Employment Privacy, Due Diligence, and all other applicable state and federal laws; Work closely with hiring managers, Human Resources, and Learning & Development to guarantee a rich and successful onboarding experience for new hires; Represent Healogics in a positive and professional manner at events and through all communications and interactions; Performs other duties as required.
Required Education, Experience and Credentials:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 7
Years experience as a leader in the talent acquisition space with proven ability to grow a team and motivate direct reports; 5
Years experience recruiting for all functions within an organization and at all levels within an organization; 3
Years experience managing people, projects, and/or processes.
CPR, CTAS or PHR certification strongly preferred; Experience with military hiring as well as DEI initiatives preferred; Subject Matter Expert with the Workday platform strongly preferred.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and has experience reporting on the same; Advanced knowledge of labor and employment laws; This person is a strong collaborator, detail-oriented and is able to adjust and adapt to changing priorities; Masterfully communicates in both written and oral formats; Self-motivated individual who loves to learn and take on new responsibilities; Excellent time management and organization skills; Ability to maintain confidential information Ability to travel 25% Salary for this position generally ranges between $116000 - $129000/year.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
