Process Improvement Analyst II

Excellence In Everything We TouchPosition Summary Under the direction of Manager Projects, Processes and Training, this position will support strategic growth and operational improvements.
Works independently to guide, coach and facilitate Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) activities across the entire organization to increase productivity, improve customer service, and reduce operating expenses through the use of Lean and Six Sigma improvement tools and methodology.
Assembles and guides cross-functional teams from various departments within the organization to identify and develop innovative solutions to eliminate waste and establish superior processes that generate value for our customer and to promulgate them network wide.
Develop standard work and workload standards.
Provide fact-based analytical support to resolve problems and establish scorecards (metrics) which are used to actively manage daily operations.
Guide the cultural transformation to create a continuous improvement culture across the entire organization.
Guide, and manage personnel in execution of CPI activities and techniques Responsibilities
Successfully guide teams to execute multiple, comprehensive process improvement projects realizing significant improvement in service and productivity.
Complete value stream analysis to identify problems and associated waste.
Conduct root cause analysis of problems and synthesize solutions to these root causes.
Develop action plans, as appropriate, to address identified issues.
Implement solutions establishing stable predictable processes with sustainment strategies that empower employees to maintain.

Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes.

Successfully guide teams to execute multiple, comprehensive process improvement projects realizing significant improvement in service and productivity.
Complete value stream analysis to identify problems and associated waste.

Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to develop process improvement reports for setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.

Inform respective teams on process improvement and re-engineering strategies.

Work with the team to recommend appropriate changes in process/approach.

Prepare communication plans regarding process re-engineering for multiple stakeholders.

Manage projects involving engineering, research, maintenance, and operation
Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance.

Identify, select, and prioritize process improvement projects that are aligned with overarching operational goals.

Coach and mentor others in process improvement.
Foster a culture of continuous process improvement.

Miscellaneous activities and responsibilities as assigned by manager.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

4-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
