Responsibilities Provide assistance to patients in day-to-day activities.
Ensure patients receive their proper medication in a timely manner.
Communicate with medical professionals about patients' health or issues that may arise.
Prepare and administer meals in accordance with dietary needs.
Provide light house duty pertaining to the patients' needs ONLY! Dressing, grooming and companionship care for patients.
Transportation to and from Dr.
appts, shopping or outings with patients.
Monitor change in condition, then notify management with findings.
Qualifications Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs.
