Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries Provide accurate information and educate clients about our services Obtain and update patient records in our computer system Assist veterinary staff with administrative tasks, such as filing and data entry Process payments and handle financial transactions with accuracy and confidentiality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care Requirements:
Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal-related environment is preferred Strong customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in basic computer skills and experience with veterinary practice management software is a plus Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is mandatory Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism Passion for animals and a genuine desire to provide exceptional client service
